At Botanica Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure availability for all our clients. To help us achieve this, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
